a. Order Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel an order at any time before it is shipped, with no cancellation charges.
To cancel your order:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to My Orders and select the order you wish to cancel.
- Click on Cancel Order.
If the order has already been shipped or is in transit, cancellation may not be possible
b. Order Cancellation by IgniteCart
Classydealstore reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Payment failure: In case of issues with payment processing.
- Incorrect pricing or product details: If there is a mistake in pricing, availability, or description of products.
- Fraudulent activities: Suspicious activity associated with the transaction or the account.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Refund Policy
a. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Non-refundable items include:
- Innerwear, lingerie, socks, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized items
- Free gifts or promotional items
b. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your IgniteCart account.
- Go to My Orders, select the order to request a refund.
- Choose a refund reason and submit necessary supporting documents or images if requested.
- Classydealstore will verify the issue and initiate the refund process once the product is returned and inspected.
c. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit/debit card, wallet, UPI, etc.).
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via bank transfer or UPI, after completing the necessary KYC process.
- Refund processing time may take up to 5β7 business days depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
4. Partial Refunds
If an order is returned in part (e.g., only some products from the order are returned), the refund will be issued for the value of the returned items only, excluding any shipping charges.
5. Shipping Costs and Refunds
- Free returns shipping applies if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If the order is cancelled before shipment, there will be no shipping charges, and a full refund will be processed.
- If the customer decides to return a product due to personal reasons (size issues, style preferences), the customer may bear the return shipping charges.
6. Refund for Non-Returnable Items
Products such as innerwear, personalized items, and free promotional gifts are non-returnable and will not be refunded.

- Incorrect items delivered: If you receive the wrong product, the full amount will be refunded once the product is returned and verified.

Once an order is placed, modifications (such as changing size or color) cannot be made. If the modification is crucial, itβs recommended to cancel the original order and place a new one.
